Quality Control & Measurement Accuracy

Using our CMMs, profilers and a wide variety of micrometers and gauge instruments, we can accurately measure diameters, lengths, depths, curves, tapers, threads, slopes, grooves, splines, blades, hardness and surface finishes.

Additionally, we have reverse engineering capability of complex profiles on our Trumpf Qualifier.

Surface Finishing

We have three types of surface finishing, including:

Centerless Grinding for those ultra close tolerances and micron surface finishes. We have thru feed, in feed and end feed capabilities.
Timesaver is a self feeding belt sander. This is ideal for a plateâs surface finish.
Glass Beading for that satin look to your parts. Similar to sand blasting but a finer finish

Part Assembly

We offer spot welding, gas welding and hydraulic press to add to our assembly capabilities.

Inventory

If you donât have enough floor space at your premises to stock your parts, we can store them and ship them to you at regular intervals or on an as-needed basis so your production never needs to stop. Buying in bulk saves your company money.

Laser Cutting: CNC controlled, laser cutting is used to cut flat-sheet material as well as structural and piping materials, and material that cannot be cut with EDM such as non-conductive materials
